Flexible workspace now spans more than 14,000 square feet and offers 46 private offices for area professionals and businesses
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Urban Co-Works has completed the third phase of its expansion in downtown Schenectady, increasing the flexible workspace at 430 Franklin Street to 14,491 square feet and 46 private offices.
The latest addition brings nine new street-level offices to the Schenectady location. The offices feature floor-to-ceiling windows along Franklin and Jay streets, extending Urban Co-Works’ presence to the first floor and making its professional workspaces more visible and accessible from downtown.
The expansion responds to continued demand from entrepreneurs, remote and hybrid workers, small businesses, nonprofits and established companies seeking professional space without the cost or long-term commitment of a traditional office lease.
